To invest you need to be an accredited investor or a sophisticated investor. An accredited investor has earned 200k (300k with a spouse) for the past 2 years and expects the same in the current year OR has a net worth of over 1 million dollars.  Sophisticated investors have enough knowledge and experience to evaluate the risks and merits of an investment.

Dr. Jess Hernandez has been growing her personal real estate portfolio since 2017 and quickly recognized the power, leverage, and impact of multifamily investing.  Her interests was sparked by her personal journey to create a legacy and financial security for herself and children after suffering the loss of her husband. 


As a part-time Emergency Medicine Physician who grew up in an inner city, it has always been her passion to help others. Pivoting towards multifamily syndication created an avenue to have a greater impact in improving communities while also offering opportunities to help her fellow physicians and busy professionals reach financial freedom. 


Real estate has been a natural area of growth, where she can apply her love for learning and teaching, attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. 


She has been actively growing her knowledge base and has completed coursework particular to real estate active investments, passive investments, multifamily asset acquisition, management, and syndication. She is currently invested in over 1200 units both actively and passively.
